Working alongside several governments, the BW Group is able to promote its “luxury resort development program”. A new era in tourism that provides major new purpose built tourist destinations with innovative design, flair and choice. Our expertise, attention to detail and “dare to be different” approach means that we can imaginatively create and deliver a bespoke solution to every opportunity, enabling our project to take its true form. The aim is “simple” to revolutionise the traditional resort concept. The tired and lifeless resorts of today will be superseded by fresh faced super resorts placing emphasis on “life style” and “well being”.
Our scope of residential communities spans everything from the sensibly economical to the sumptuously luxurious, from white-water views to relaxed desert living, from urban mid–rise and multi use villages to enclave neighbourhoods and cutting edge master planned communities all of which, naturally, are accompanied by communal facilities expected by our highly selective and discerning clientele. The BW Group is currently focused on the creation of new luxury destinations for the tourist industry and also semi permanent residential markets.
By creating bespoke lavish tailored resorts, these pre- planned paradises cater for every whim and need of the resident. These include a myriad of entertainment facilities such as Casino’s, Golf Courses, Luxurious Hotels, Theme Parks, Tax Free shopping and even more outlandish experiences such as indoor Ski. We are currently working in partnership with many governments to enable the “spirit” of our resorts to be replicated and adapted in each country, thus providing new and improved destinations for all markets around the globe, spanning from Europe to the Middle East and Asia
